DESCRIPTION
High-technicality soluble oil that easily allows a transparent micro-emulsion by mixing with water.
This biostable formulation does not contains any nutrients allowing the growth of microbes.
The mixtures are easily made as soluble oil in water or water in soluble oil at any ambient temperature to obtain perfectly
stable micro-emulsions.
The product obtained gives maximum corrosion protection to machined parts, including cast iron, tools, and machine frames, and their static parts.
The product does not cause clogging or scrubbing of the slides and guides, after drying the film during restart (cold machines) even at high usage rates, in extremely difficult operations or on extra hard metals.
Its high performance allows its use on all metals and for all chip removal work including grinding.
It may be used in turning, boring, and all current machining work on traditional or CNC machines, suitable for all metals such as cast iron, steel, aluminium alloys.
This product will not stain sensitive metals.
With a chlorine-free and active sulphur-free formulation, it can be used on titanium and its alloys.
Nitrite-free.
No irritating odour, unlike traditional products used during high speed milling operations.
This product offers total stability even in hard water. It does not foam in soft water.
